Who we are

A multi-disciplinary team. Senior in every craft.

Perry Systems is an AI and digital-transformation firm. Our team spans AI specialists, data scientists, software engineers, infrastructure and security architects, project managers, and management consultants, each senior in their discipline. We pair the right people to your engagement so the work that lands is shaped by practitioners who have shipped it before.

We don't run an analyst pyramid, and we don't hand off. Engagements draw on senior managers, engineers, quality and deployment specialists, project managers, and writers, working as a single team across our six offices. The technology shifts every few years; the discipline doesn't.

We've been doing this since 1990, across hundreds of clients in banking, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, education, and SaaS.

Leadership

The people you'll actually work with.

No firewall between leadership and delivery. The leadership team is on the call, in the architecture review, and shipping the work alongside your people.

CEO & Founder

Dror Frommer

An uncommon blend of entrepreneur, engineer, marketer, and big-picture thinker. Dror has spent his career building business-changing applications and processes. Online media and user-experience platforms. Revenue streams that didn't exist before he wrote them. Operating models that look obvious only in retrospect.

Dror partners with clients to turn their vision into shipped reality. He measures success two ways. By the multiples his clients hit thanks to Perry's technology and processes. And by the number of his clients' people who get promoted after the new operating model goes live.

Chief Operating Officer

Betsy Lipschutz

Betsy runs operations at Perry. She brings the leadership and skill set behind every large-scale platform we design, build, and integrate. Before Perry, she managed teams of 200+ across project managers, engineers, UI designers, testers, and support.

She started her career as an entrepreneur, building a successful computer-consulting business that served Fortune 1000 companies. Her business-automation work integrated front- and back-office functions for clients across multiple industries, lifting both productivity and data accuracy. The same instincts run our delivery today.

Chief Solution Architect

Kumar Amrendra

Amrendra leads data and platform engineering at Perry, focusing on how organizations design, scale, and use data systems to support real business needs. His work spans data, distributed systems, and AI, where performance and reliability are critical.

He has led large-scale platform initiatives across fintech and analytics environments, helping teams move from fragmented systems to scalable, reliable data platforms that support faster, better decision-making. He works closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to turn ideas into practical, measurable outcomes, applying AI in production to improve efficiency and operational visibility.

Cyber Security & Infrastructure Officer

Tiki Jakupi

With over 25 years in the industry, Tiki specializes in building the invisible foundations that keep businesses running. Having navigated the evolution from local data centers to the global cloud, he brings a rare big-picture perspective to every project. Tiki excels at bridging the gap between developers, DBAs, and stakeholders, ensuring that our infrastructure isn't just powerful, it's purposeful.

His work covers cloud security, identity and access, network architecture, observability, and the cost discipline that keeps cloud bills from running away. He has stood up the production environments behind several Perry-built platforms and continues to harden the security posture of every client system we deliver. When something goes bump in the night, Tiki is the person clients want answering the call.

Lead AI Architect

Benjamin Crane

Benjamin is Perry's lead AI architect. He sets the technical direction for the AI practice, owns the production tooling stack, and is hands-on with the systems that ship. His work spans agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, and the model-context-protocol surfaces that connect them. He has shipped agents for performance marketing, healthcare compliance, financial services, and internal lead generation.

Recent production work includes a Google Ads audit agent that delivers a full audit in about a minute, an autonomous research pipeline that maintains an internal AI knowledge base, and a healthcare-policy intelligence platform with citation-grade provenance. Benjamin's discipline is the part nobody sees in a demo: evals, cost routing, observability, and the operating habits that keep production AI from drifting after launch.

Senior Project Manager

Aviva Dobruskin

As Senior Project Manager, Aviva serves as the strategic bridge between client vision and technical execution. She oversees end-to-end project delivery. From sprint planning and roadmap development to real-time task management and stakeholder communication, Aviva ensures every project stays on scope, on schedule, and aligned to measurable business outcomes.

With a client-first mindset and deep experience managing complex, multi-phase initiatives, Aviva is the steady hand that guides ambitious targets into working, production-grade reality. She partners closely with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to keep the work flowing across time zones and disciplines, which is why engagements that span six countries still ship on the date we promised.

What we believe

Four rules we don't bend.

The same principles we've held since the dial-up era, now applied to AI. Read them on the homepage in context, or here as a clean list.

Senior, not solo

The right specialists assigned to your engagement. AI, data, security, delivery, consulting. We bring the discipline that fits the work, with senior practitioners every time.

Senior on day one

A senior partner is with you from week one. We don't staff up junior labor and bill against a Gantt chart. We ship the work ourselves, with your team alongside.

Vendor-neutral

We pick the right tool for the work, not our preferred one. Cloud, model, framework, vendor. Chosen for the engagement, defended on its merits, replaceable when something better lands.

Knowledge transfers

Your team owns the work the day we leave. Documentation, evals, operating habits, and the people who can run it. All baked into the engagement, not sold as a follow-on.

Want to talk?

Bring the hard problems. We'll bring the team.

A 30-minute working session with a senior partner. No deck, no questionnaire. We'll map the first 90 days with you on the call.
